Office of the Directorate of Accounts & Treasuries was created in September 1983. Sri. K. Vaiphei, IDAS, took the charge of the Director on 14th September 1983.
Sri. C.M. Mongmow, FAS, took the charge of Director of Accounts & Treasuries.
